Deadline for Participants to submit Completed Application Packet. Please note that participants who do not submit their complete application to JHSPH will be dropped from the program.

December 31, 2012

Participants will receive original, hard copy of their DS2019 form, SEVIS receipt, and Formal Acceptance Letter from JHSPH via Federal Express.

March 2013

Participants contact the US Embassy for J-1 visa appointment.

March 2013

Participants inform JHSPH of their scheduled J-1 visa appointment. Please note that participants who do not inform JHSPH of their J-1 visa appointment will be dropped from the program.

March - April 2013

Deadline for Participants to submit photocopy of J-1 visa to JHSPH. Please note that participants who do not obtain a J-1 visa and submit to JHSPH will be dropped from the program.

April 19, 2013

If participants do not submit a photocopy of their J1 visa and/or do not obtain a J-1 visa, the available spots will be filled with partner organization staff who already hold a US passport and/or US visa.
