Applicants must meet the following scholarship program obligations:

• Submit all scholarship program application materials by January 18, 2013.
• Successfully complete an interview conducted in English, if requested.
• Complete the Introduction to Online Learning (IOL) course on March 25 – April 5, 2013.
• Complete the two online courses from April 1 – May 15, 2013.
• Complete the four in-person courses in Baltimore, MD from October 10 - 25, 2013.
